
On Monday, April 13, 2026, the Moussalaha Center organized the closing ceremony of the 19th edition of the “Moussalaha” rehabilitation program at the local prison of Salé. During this session, 24 inmates benefited from the program, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 436 since its launch in 2017.
The ceremony was marked by the screening of a documentary film highlighting the key moments of this 19th edition, which took place over a period of three and a half months and was structured around a set of integrated training and rehabilitation activities.
On this occasion, the official launch of the 20th edition of the program was also announced, with the participation of 19 male inmates and one female inmate, all involved in cases related to radicalization and terrorism. The President of the Moussalaha Center delivered an address in which he outlined the main components of the program. These cover a range of areas, particularly the intellectual and religious, legal and human rights, and psychological spheres, in addition to socio-professional reintegration.
The ceremony was attended by the Delegate General of the DGAPR, by the Secretary General of the Mohammadia League of Scholars, President of the Moussalaha Center, as well as the President of the National Human Rights Council, in addition to representatives of institutional partners and a group of experts and specialized professionals in charge of overseeing the various components of the program.
